GREEN BAY, Wis. — Whatever changes Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy has planned for his coaching staff, including whether or not he hands over play-calling duties to one of his assistants, won’t be finalized for several more days, according to a team source.
The source, who is familiar with McCarthy’s planning process, said the Packers coach is still going through his regular postseason evaluations with his staff members and that contract negotiations with assistants whose job titles and/or responsibilities may change have not even begun yet.
